• Club Privado: Un club recreacional de lujo alejado de miradas indiscretas.
• Centro de Estudio Meteorológico: La zona de Bella Vista está constantemente vigilada por los científicos en su tarea de estudiar el cambio climático en la zona.
• Aeródromo Bella Vista: Un pequeño aeródromo local en el que varios vecinos de la zona tienen sus avionetas ligeras.
• Bella Vista Mountain Lodge: Un hotel en la montaña para esos momentos de retiro espiritual, tan necesarios estos días.
• Restaurante Ady’s Pizza: Las mejores pizzas del condado a un precio muy recomendable.
• Miradores: Los podrás encontrar en la carretera Side Mountain Road. Disfruta de las vistas.
• Circuito de carreras de grava cerca del Big Lake. Podrás dar rienda suelta a tu instinto competitivo.
• Trauman's Trail: una ruta de grava de 12 km que tiene su principio y final en la entrada al aeropuerto de Bella Vista.
• Bella Vista Offroad Club: una ruta remodelada, ahora con más de 7 km de pista extrema  para que disfrutes del traqueteo con tu todoterreno favorito. 
• Parque Industrial Bella Vista: un parque industrial en el que podrás dar rienda suelta y quemar ruedas. Hemos añadido 100 parkings en este punto de salida, tanto para la variante con tráfico CSP como para Track Day (que sigue utilizando el antiguo sistema de IA Spline para el tráfico IA) - (Se recomienda utilizar un máximo de 80 para servidores no dedicados)

Este es un proyecto abierto que sigue en desarrollo, mejorando poco a poco cuando el tiempo libre lo permite. Seguiremos trabajando en futuras actualizaciones.

This scenic area of the world will give you the oportunity to drive around more than 250 km of all kind of roads. Take a look at the map to pick a destination and check your fuel tank before leave the Bella Vista Motel’s parking lot, there are a long way to go.

In this version, you can choose between eleven starting points depending on the variant chosen. In this way you can choose a starting point close to the area you want to explore, you just have to choose the appropriate variant and enjoy the trip.

Information about on-map teleportation and how to set it up on a local Content Manager server is also provided, as is the list of coordinates that can be used in a text file.

Track Day starting from the industrial park still available so players can drive surrounded by traffic in both directions along the main road (Bella Vista Route) and also the Bella Vista Highway. Also, we have added the new CSP Traffic Tool lanes and intersections to all main roads and some secondary roads. Read the downloable PDF to learn how to use this amazing new feature from CSP.

In addition to touring the area in your favorite car, these are the sites that you can visit at the moment:

• Private Club: A luxury recreational club away from prying eyes.
• Weather Research Center: The Bella Vista area is constantly watched by scientists as they study climate change in the area.
• Bella Vista Airfield: A small local airfield where several residents of the area have their light planes.
• Bella Vista Mountain Lodge: A hotel in the mountains for those moments of spiritual retreat, so necessary these days.
• Ady's Pizza Restaurant: The best pizzas in the county at a highly recommended prices.
• Lookouts: You can find them on the Side Mountain Road. Enjoy the views.
• A new Dirt Track near Big Lake. You will be able to unleash your competitive instinct.
• Trauman's Trail: a new 12 km gravel road, starting and finishing at Bella Vista Airfield.
• Bella Vista Offroad Club: an extreme route for you to enjoy a bumpy ride with your favorite all terrain vehicle over more then 7 km of dirt tracks.
• Bella Vista Industrial Park: in this location you can burn your tyres drifting and having some fun. In this version 1.98 we have added 100 pits to this starting point in both layouts (CSP Tool and old AI Spline for Track Day). (80 pits recomended if the server is not dedicated)

This is an open project that is still in development and improving little by little when real life let us do it, so we have a to-do list that we will continue to work on in future updates.
